Their representative came out that very morning after I called. Very professional young man gave my husband all the details on the refrigerator. Fortunately, they were able to diagnose the problem “immediately” and were able to replace the defroster part in less than hour. Cannot tell you how grateful we were that we did not have to buy a new refrigerator and still leave on our trip. Also, the representative explained for the 1 year warranty to show the receipt.
