It is also too tall to fit under my cabinet on my counter. But because it comes apart, I store the base unit and wand with chopping blade in a kitchen drawer. I just wonder if the wear and tear of constant putting together and taking apart will affect product longevity.

I use this daily for my bulletproof coffee, usually on speed 1 setting. I have used the different speeds and can say I was pleasantly surprised at the power of the higher speeds. It does a surprisingly good job of blending a super-juice type smoothie, although tougher greens like baby kale and fiber from pineapple end up a little stringy, not completely liquified, and ice is not completely slushed up. Spinach is not a problem at all and overall it does a fabulous job on protein shakes with banana. I have not tried the whisk attachment, not even for scrambled eggs, because the standard blades do a good enough job in that regard. Overall, I am pleased with the performance so far (I have had it for a couple months now and have used it daily) and am only slightly disappointed in the weight and stiffness of the cord, lending to a somewhat unweildy process for daily use. Other than that, this is a winner in my book. The kitchen gal needs this Perfect for the ladies who have cooking talent!
