The ONLY thing I don't like about it is that I can't also store the slicing/shredding blade in the food processor while the bottom blade is there - and you have to add a tiny little 2-inch tube to accommodate the slicing/shredder. If you LOSE THAT PIECE, the food processor WILL NOT WORK for the said slicer/shredder. I have taped it to the slicer/shredder and placed it inside the top blender section when not in use.

That's pretty inconvenient but I really like my new treasure. And at 350 watts, it's near the same motor size as the old clunker. It also is much heavier and larger than I expected, but look at all it replaces. Got this for my daughter as second attempt (first was a cheap *** blender we had to return) at getting her a good blender to make smoothies, and because it had the food processor and Cuisinart products are usually great even refurbished (our refurbished Cuisinart toaster is perfect). But the blender did not make good smoothies, did not crush ice well enough, was not powerful enough, and the food processor is just way to small to make sense if diet includes lots of veggies. It will also be a real pain to return now because UPS shipping is expensive (1/3 the cost of the item itself) and it's a big bulky box to carry in the city - almost not worth returning and should just give it away.
