Very disappointed with this Kenwood unit and customer service. I have had 2 glass goblets break in everyday use when using ice, despite there being an ice setting on the unit. Best blender I have ever purchased,more expensive then previous blender,but very powerful, blends fruits very smooth.Very solid glass goblet and very stable base. The blender doesn't work, all connected correctly but the light just flashes, runs for a bit and then cuts out for no reason. Have I been sold a faulty item?Both broke within one month My wife wanted this blender for smoothies. The lid is extremely difficult to get off and we found that due to the shape of the blades dried fruit or frozen fruit would get stuck... Good for chilli and curry. What can I say about Kenwood. Good solid blender that mixes and crushes ice. Glass cup is nicely ridged texture touch. Solid bit of equipment.
