I've been using this Black and Decker juicer for 2weeks, and as the picture I've attached, it leaks on the sideways while i juice. I'm going to return this and get a different one. I was shopping around for a juicer, but refused to pay an arm and a leg for one, so when I came across this one, and saw how reasonable the price was, I thought, "What the heck?" I've only had this juicer for one day, but I've used it a few times already. It's very quick and easy to make juice, not to mention fun! I had my entire family wanting to make juice! The assembling and disassembling are fairly easy, and so is cleanup. I didn't really use the cup that comes with it, I used a bigger container, so that it would hold more juice. I don't really have anything negative to say about this juicer. I saw in some of the other reviews, that there was an issue with leafy vegetables. I put spinach in it, and it juiced just fine.

And as far as having to cut the fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces, I don't think is that big of a problem. So, overall, I think this is an excellent juicer. More bang for your buck. We didn't want to spend that much money again, but wanted a juicer. This B&D juicer is amazing. It's actually a personal juicer, so don't expect to do large juicing jobs at one time. Some vegetables, like carrots, when juiced in large bunches, require that you clean the juicer before the job is complete. But cleaning is very easy and no tools are required to remove the strainer. The small mouth is deliberate, and prevents overwhelming the motor. You can expect to have to cut large vegetables into smaller pieces to accommodate the small opening, but all these are minor inconveniences. I've used this juicer every day for over a month and it does a great job.

It can produce 24 ounces of juice very quickly. Those who are looking for a large-capacity juicer should avoid this one. It was easy to take apart and clean. Directions say it is dishwasher safe. I have not tried this yet. The only thing about this unit that is a con, and really not a con, is fruits and veggies need to be cut down to usable size. Cutting down takes all of two minutes. This juicer has a great output. For a 32.00 investment, it's great to see if I'm going to like juicing before sinking 100.00 or more into a big unit. This juicer is compact and powerful. It takes up little counter space. I fully expected to box it up and take it back if it did not perform. I was not disappointed. I did read all the reviews before trying this one. ( I do not understand the bad reviews. Maybe they had their expectations set too high?)

This Black and Decker Juicer is not big and fancy. It's a healthy start.I see now they are selling it for over $50.00. This is an excellent juicer for someone just starting out. I make about 1 quart of juice per day which fills up the pulp container. The unit is easy to clean and the parts are dishwasher safe. I wish the opening that feeds the fruit/vegetables to the pulverizing blade were wider. It is more time consuming to cut everything up into small pieces. the quality of the juice is excellent and I could not have gotten better value for my money. I would highly recommend this to anyone who does not want to spend a lot on those fancy units. Personally, I plan to upgrade to a Breville unit because I juice a lot everyday and I will no longer need to cut everything up into small pieces. The one thing I do really like about the Black and Decker Unit is the high spout. This allows room for a one quart Tupperware container. This product has more than paid for itself in the short time I have had it.

I saw this one at Walmart and I thought "no way could a $30 juicer be great." It's more compact and I'm all for pulp-extraction but not if it's from an oversized container sitting on the back of it. If you're just making juice for one to a few people at once, you don't need it. Or just pause to simply empty the pulp out if you're making a large batch. This one has the right sized container and just rests within the body of the machine. It gets better: Because the feed chute ends very close to the cutting blade (a problem many juicer models need to correct) it doesn't waste chunks of produce. The pulp is drier than about 7 other juices I've owned or tried. I've been using it 1x/day for 2 months now. I still cannot believe this cheap juicer outperforms so many others. The only con is the feed chute is small so I'm cutting thicker parts of carrots in half, apples smaller, etc.

No complaint as I'm usually just juicing for myself. Small sacrifice for a compact, quieter juicer. Other tip: clean the screen cold water gentle via a soft or baby toothbrush then store the brush inside the clean pulp extracttion cup if you want. I found that the small feed was handled by simply cutting the fruit into pieces, it didn't slow me down the juicing was quick. It does indeed juice green leafy produce I've been juicing mostly kale so I know it does kale very well. What I do is ball the kale up and make it more compact, I also make sure to do the kale first so that other produce can wash the rest of the kale juice out.
