Blendtec Classic 575 - Review Specs, Video and Purchase! The One and Only Breville Boss! Above are my top picks for “Best Blender For The Money“. Since I run a blender review website, I thought it would be fun to review other blender review sites to see who picks which blenders as “winners”, and to see if there is any general consensus regarding the top five blenders. Of course, I realized that I would have to look at the “winning blenders” based only on upon the category of “best blender” because there are simply too many sub classifications to skew the results all different ways.

For example, my own site “Best Blender For The Money” subdivides blenders into the “best blender per cost”. Besides looking at, for example, the “best blender for the money”, it would also be possible to look at the “best blender for smoothies”, the “best blender for crushing ice”, the “best blender for frozen drinks”, the “best blender for soup”, and on and on into infinity. Since there are so many DIFFERENT categories into which a blender can excel, it’s kind of hard for me to believe that there really is such a thing as a “best blender”. Also, I have noticed that there are many, many BRANDS of blenders made all over the world, and I have found exceptional blenders made in Canada, Switzerland and Germany, for example that were never included into the competition for “best blender” by a lot of websites. I can only assume that this is due to a lack of brand awareness. It’s certainly not fair to exclude a particular brand of blender for consideration due to unawareness of its existence!

Ironically, I must state that it’s quite possible, and to be honest, probably LIKELY, that MY OWN evaluation could be lacking, because it is unlikely that I am aware of EVERY blender made EVERYWHERE on the planet. Still, there is probably a blender that excels at the highest percentage of DIFFERENT TASKS, MOST OF THE TIME, and this is the blender that I will try to find.
cuisinart csb-77 hand blender smart stick parts When I type “best blender review winners” into Google, the POSITION #1 link is “Vitamix (TM) – Blenders – Vitamix.ca”.

The link takes me to a page where I can buy a Certified Reconditioned Standard (5200) Vitamix blender for $319 that comes with a 5 year warranty (UNTIL 09/30/2016. To get an extended (8 year) warranty costs an additional $99. The price for this blender with a 5 year warranty goes back up to $429 after 09/30/2016. The POSITION #2 link is the Braun Puremix Blender JB7172BK for $249.99

Container, 4 – Ninja Professional Blender 1000, BL610, 5 – Jamba Appliances 58916 Quiet Shield Blender Jar, 32 oz & 20 oz

After this (on the site) there is a “graph” of “Popularity vs. Satisfaction” where the X axis is “Popularity” and the Y axis is “Satisfaction”.
kobling til kitchen aid blenderTo be honest, this “graph” totally eludes me! On the X axis, pick # 7 comes in at SECOND PLACE! On the Y axis, pick # 5 comes in at FIRST PLACE! Pick #2 comes in at NUMBER 6 on POPULARITY and at NUMBER 4 on SATISFACTION! Then, to top it off, the #6 choice (KitchenAid), which is the LOWEST on BOTH POPULARITY and SATISFACTION is listed as the winner. In my 40 years of reading graphs as a scientist, I have never seen graph results interpreted as such!

Am I missing something? I can appreciate that POPULARITY and SATISFACTION are two different things but I can’t understand how a blender that ranks relatively LOW on BOTH can be the WINNER! The POSITION # 4 link is a link to “Top 10 Blenders of 2016” and the criteria and results are presented in a much more coherent manner. #1 – Dash Chef, #2 – Vitamix CIA, #3 – Vitamix 5200, #4 – Waring, #5 – Ninja Professional, #6 – KitchenAid 5-Speed, #7 – Nutribullet, #8 – Blendtec Classic, #9 – Magic Bullet, and #10 – Omega BL330R. I am not surprised to see Vitamix, Braun, Ninja, KitchenAid, Waring, and Blendtec, among the top choices. I AM surprised NOT to see Breville mentioned anywhere. On MANY other sites, Breville is chosen as either NUMBER 1 or NUMBER 2. Breville is a GLOBAL corporation with sales and management in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, South Africa, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, UK, & Europe. All of the blenders mentioned in All 4 of Google’s Top 4 Blender Review Sites are great blenders, with great track records, and I can’t take anything away from any of them.
