This is an unbiased review of the Vitamix Quiet One Commercial Blender. We wanted to switch this for a professional, quieter machine, but unfortunately, we do not attain the... The Teflon shedding issue from the blade assembly has NOT been fixed, and Vitamix does NOT guarantee that replacement containers won't have the same problem. I would like to preface this review with the statement that this blender works well and it is very quiet. However, it is only quiet and efficient for a short time.
