The rings I received were a clear-ish rubber, not opaque like the ones pictured. The edges were cut roughly and fit a little worse than the original ring, but it works, so I guess... They fit our black and decker blender, and look as good as the originals. Rings are thinner than original and smell like the bottom of the petroleum refinery. Fits my Oster 6 cup blender model #BLSTSS-PC0. Manufacturer will charge comparable priced for just one and add another $5 for shipping.

It's good features stop there. The mixer comes with dough hooks but don't be silly enough to try and use them as the thing will almost come apart (the internal construction at the hinge from the top to the base appears to be made of plastic) and it will start to get that electrical smell and get very hot. euro-pro ninja qb900b master prep revolutionary food and drink maker(I was making 12 bagels at the time, not five loaves of wholemeal bread.) oster ironman 250-watt fitnessblender accessory bottle
It’s the worst kitchen appliance I’ve ever bought. It’s hardly even any good at general mixing; the bowl plate doesn’t automatically rotate, the beaters don’t reach the sides properly. In a word: junk. I have had my Heritage Stand Mixer for over four years and no matter what I do with my mixer from simple cake mixes or bread dough, it totally preforms! It does for me what my last mixer couldn't handle! black & decker bl1900 blender partsI recommend this mixer for all recipes and the price was definitely worth it!kitchenaid 5k45sswh + blender 5ksb45 13 years ago my mother in law bought me the stand mixer hertiage edition. bamix immersion blender m122Sadly due to fault of my own I had damaged the cord. kitchenaid mixer km25g
I had heared all the rave about the kitchen aid mixers so I bought one, and let me just say it in NO WAY replaces my sunbeam. Even with the short in the cord I am using it over the new kitchen aid. Everytime I use the kitchen aid I am disappointed and upset that I ever spent that kind of money on the product. The sunbeam Hertiage series give the best results of any I have ever used. You just absolutely can not go wrong with this product. I use the mixer daily on from scratch recipes and make large quanities. It is hands down a great product. Verified purchaser My new mixer is stronger and more quiet then my old Sunbeam. I also like the wisk beaters. Verified purchaser I just got the Mixmaster as a early present and I am very disappointed in the way this is made and that there is not a bowl scraper included or available for it. For the body to be made of plastic is just terrible I have a Mixmaster Heritage Stand Mixer and the plastic gears failed. Sunbeam does not sell replacement gears so the mixer is now headed to the dumpster.
Unfortunate that they cheaped out on gears and ever worse that they don't sell replacement parts. Not a company I can endorse any longer. Verified purchaser I bought this unit a month ago and I am very happy with it. The glass bowls are a bit heavy, but I do not like stainless steel and that is the feature that lead me to purchase this model. The Sunbeam Mixmaster that I had for 34 years just quit and I needed to replace it. It too, had glass bowls, but they are a bit shorter. Amazingly, the bowls are interchangeable! I have used this model to make cookie doughs, cakes, and whipped cream. The whisk attachments make the best whipping cream! It was so airy and light! It hesitates just a bit when you turn the power on, but once it starts, it mixes with ease. It does not bog down, nor has it ever felt to be over worked. I wish the power levels were marked so you know what the power is for, example: 10 - whipping. My old unit had this, so I copied it down on a card and keep it in the bowl.
I wish it were a bit more compact. I guess my old model was more like the heritage series, but I wanted those glass bowls! Verified purchaser Verified purchaser I learned to bake in the 1960's using my mother's Sunbeam mixmaster, which is still going strong. I got my first Sunbeam stand mixer about 12 years ago and it still works, but the plastic bushing that holds the beaters in place wore out and the part is obsolete and cannot be replaced. The mixer itself still works, but that is of little value when the beaters fall out every time it gets turned on!!! It killed me to have to get a new one, since I was hoping to be able to keep and use it as long as my mother has had hers! The new chrome mixer works fine, but it's even cheesier than my old one. It only comes with one bowl, which has clips on the bottom and on the turntable, so I can't use the small bowl that came with my old mixer. Also, the beaters do not meet the bottom of the bowl, which means a lot more stopping and scraping to ensure that the batter is thoroughly mixed.
Both the beaters and the dough hooks are of a much lower quality. I expect I will be replacing this mixer in less than 12 years, and probably not with a Sunbeam. Verified purchaser I had the one white one of these, then I got the red one here, I think they are suppose to be the same but this red one works alot better than the white one even. and also amazon for this. at walmart its got almost 5 starts, it deserves more stars then 5... the beaters are slightly longer then on the white one, at least on mine, and that makes for the bowl to spin alot better, and the stainless steel bowl being locked on helps too, now also, the dough hooks work much better in this one on dough, its very light and fluffy. I haven't had any problems with it, no matter what I have tried to make and its very quiet, something else that means alot to me. I don't think you will be disapointed in this mixer,, its the best!! I have a kitchenaid that I hardly ever use, just reach for this one. if you can't afford a kitchenaid, don't worry, this is better!
