It's kinda heavy but it makes me feel high quality. It's very versatile and easy to clean.I wanted a cordless but could not find one. Corded does have more power. I hope that means it is made well. This was a Christmas gift and within 3 weeks the #2 power button got stuck and is not working properly. The motor portion seems good, heavy, good quality materials. The accessories don't match in quality, they are light weight plastic. I'm not sure they will last. The product shipped on time, however the blender appeared used. Several marks and scuffs along the hand area. great small and easy to use Not a great power blender. It will do the job for super soft food. Not good at all to make Hummus or similar recipes. Great product, the wife loves it.
