The only fault I see is that it doesn't mix well. It leaves shaved ice setting on top. You have to manually stir it in with a spoon. Love it so much, bought one for a wedding gift. The only downside, if I had to choose one, is that the water retainer is a bit difficult to get off and on.Love the ice drainage bucket on other side. Great machine - I don't know why Margaritaville stopped making them.
