Well made & does the job! I make lots of smoothies & it crushes ice perfectly The buttons do stay stay pressed down. In order to operate, I have to hold the button down--no matter which one I press! Sadly this turned out to be a wasted effort. The Blade driver fit perfect and the Blender operates like new. Worked great and saved us having to buy a new one. Arrived exactly when promised. Extended the life of my smoothie maker. Check youtube for installation and note the reverse threading. I do not have review for this one. l bought it by mistake, I was not looking for this piece.
