Here's how this blender/food processor works: you just choose one of the 18-ounce cups, put your ingredients inside, twist on the blade that you want to use, lock it onto the base, and start mixing. It comes with a 48-ounce glass canister for the blender and three-cup plastic canister for the food processor. And it has a sleek-looking metal housing. A really nice feature that this product includes is an automatic two-minute auto-stop function-great for saving electricity and for not overworking the machine. It also includes a locking ring for safety and a heavy, sturdy base to keep the blender in place when it's working on a difficult job.
