I was disappointed in this blender. I thought it would be better since it was from Cuisinart. I have a food processor and love it, but I don't care for this blender. this was a gift for my daughter and she loves it easy to clean and dishwasher safe she said it very powerful The blender is great. The magic bullet was quicker but not as fine. Got this for a guy that's trying to change his diet and it's perfect. Easy to use, easy to clean and enough extra cups the dishes don't have to be done right away. I needed a somewhat portable blender, for when I travel. This certainly travels well, I put it in a suitcase and take it with me. A month after purchasing this blender the motor started to go bad. I contacted Cuisinart and they shipped me a replacement (I had to pay for shipping). Bought it for my wife for her to make breakfast smoothies she could take with her and she loves it. She said it cuts through ice like it's butter, something our old blender never... I have been using the 350 watt version of this product for over 2 years.
