So far do good I use it for homogenizing soups and it works quite well for that. You just can't go wrong with Breville. Tons of power, great selection of speeds (15 speeds total). Performance is phenomenal and it's just a pleasure to use in the kitchen. Still perfect after 2.5 years of use. I use the immersion blender a lot to blend very hot soups and it works like a charm. Accessories are also great. This is the best immersion blender. The accessories are so useful. My husband and I are so glad we bought this and can't remember how we lived without it!
