Save £2 on Pregnacare Vitabiotics Plus Omega-3, 56 pack, now £10 at Morrisons. YOU NEED: 1 pack raspberry flavour jelly; 410g canned evaporated milk; METHOD: Dissolve the jelly in 200ml boiling water. Pour the evaporated milk into a large mixing bowl and place it over a pan of gently simmering water. Whisk the milk with electric beaters until it looks thick and foamy, then fold in the jelly mixture. Push 200g of the raspberries through a sieve, making sure you discard the seeds. Sift the icing sugar into the purée and mix well. Spoon the jelly mixture into six individual serving dishes, alternating with a drizzle of raspberry purée. Chill for four hours until set. Decorate the tops with a few fresh raspberries to serve. YOU NEED: 250g strawberries; 3 large peaches, peeled, stoned, sliced; 5 large kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced. METHOD: In a blender, purée the strawberries then sieve to get rid of the seeds. Stir 1½ tablespoons of honey into the purée.

Pour the strawberry purée into the bottom of each ice lolly mould (or use empty yogurt pots) until they are one third full. Freeze until firm (about 1½ hours). Repeat the purée process with the peaches and add another 1½ tablespoons of honey (there’s no need to sieve the peaches). Pour into the moulds and freeze until firm. Sieve the kiwi to remove its seeds. Add this, mixed with the rest of the honey, to the moulds and insert the sticks. Freeze for another 1½ hours or until completely frozen. Get out in the sun and enjoy!B.
