Both were fine products. But not until I used this one, did I realize how awesome juicing could be. For the first time, I really am benefiting from the extractor blade. This machine is powerful and i NEVER have to strain any of the pulp or nasty bits out of my cup. This one actually liquefies it all! I love the power button and the intuitiveness. My blender died and I wanted to upgrade. I decided on this unit as I have seen advertisements and read some of the reviews.

Let me tell you that I have been sold on it from day one! I was a bit skeptical because of people having issues with the seal and loudness of the machine. It really isn't any louder than a blender. And it comes with a tool to use to tighten and loosen the blade. I have had no issues and have used it daily for over two weeks now. I have been telling everyone about this and recommend it without hesitation! I use frozen fruit as well as fresh greens every day and you would never know it had leaves in it to start with. No chunky bites like a blender or anything. I can't wait to use it every day. It has a setting to make soup as well. This feature I have not used yet, but plan to in the near future. I assumed that maybe I had not tightened everything properly. Second time I used it the leak was WORSE.

Almost all contents of the cup leaked out before I could even pull the cup off the base all the way. I had seen the problem reported randomly through out the reviews I had read, but it was so rarely mentioned that I assumed it was operator error and went ahead and ordered mine. It did blend everything really well.... for what that is worth. If the leaking was not present this would have been perfect! Easy to clean, easy to use I bought this for my Christmas gift to myself and started using, so far so good,trying different combinations of vegs, seeds, soups, ice, it's grinds spinach so smoothly I love it, does what it says and the handy recipe book is great. Hoping to lose some weight along with some regular exercise for 2017. Easy to clean and the cup sizes are very good as easy to do enough to last me the working day. I like buying electronic gadgets for my kitchen and this is the best one so far. Recommended to my niece and she bought one too. Try it you won't be disappointed, I have not been so far using it daily and very easy to clean straight away after each use.

Ok all i got to say my wife and i lost about well i lost amost 70 pounds my wife 30 we started with a regular blender then went with the magic bullet then we found out how well it works and we found out about the nutribullet rx we ordered one right away!!! sad thing is we got depressed due to a death of a family member and wanted to eat junk food for about a year and we gave our nutri bullet rx away but we ordered another one be here in a few days thank God!!! what i was saying this works and also with exrecise i was 340 lbs now i am almost 260 lbs if i could show you a before and after picture i would this is the best thing that has happened to my wife and i in our lives Thank You NutriBullet!!!! He was concerned been that my Inmune system is in jeopardy. So he got it for my birthday. I don't enjoy the noise it makes but it is a powerful machine. I wish there was a lever to switch the modes. It truly brakes down everything you put in it. It truly liquifies the soups but it takes seven minutes to do it. Verified purchaser I bought this a month ago and finally used it today. It works perfectly and effortlessly. The tightening tool is easy to use and secures the carafe resulting in no leaks or mishaps. It's nice to just set the carafe on the motor base, rotate it sligtly clockwise and it automatically turns on, does it's job and then stops. It is easy to totally take apart for cleaning. Great machine to own! Have only used once so this is not really a fair review. Need to use it more times. The carrot/sweet potato soup I made from your recipes was very thick and bland. Had to doctor it up. Could have made better soup in less time. Also, unit is extremely noisy. Will try other recipes
