Enjoying the blender, but the food processor arrived already CRACKED and broken so I cannot use it :(. How do I get a replacement processor ?? Bought this for my smoothies, I have problems with it I purchased this in July, 2015. The blender works fine. The lid to the food processor has always been difficult to secure. Now I cannot secure it at all. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Food processor does not fit firmly into base and lid must be held on by hand or it shakes off and you will have food everywhere.
