Boleh ke kalau ada tetamu datang beraya esok saya jamu dengan sup cendawan dan roti sahaja? Esok Hari Raya Korban. Tak beraya kot rasanya. Jadi di malam raya yang mulia ini – makan malam ringkas sahaja tetapi agak istimewa. Jarang-jarang saya buat sup cendawan ni. Dan sudah semestinya sup yang dimasak sendiri ni lebih sedap daripada di restoran. 200-300gm (lebih kurang 7-10 biji) cendawan butang saiz sederhana dihiris nipis 90gm butter / margarine 1 biji bawang besar Holland- dipotong dadu kecil 1 ulas bawang putih – diketuk 1.2 lliter stok ayam (saya guna kiub ayam maggi 1 ketul) – didihkan air dan masukkan kiub tadi – kemudian ketepikan. 1/2 cawan krim atau 1 cawan susu segar/cair (mana-mana yang ada) 3 sudu besar tepung gandum. 1 ranting Parsli – sekiranya ada Lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa. 1. Panaskan butter/margarine tadi di dalam periuk sederhana dan masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih tadi. Goreng seketika sampai bawang layu dan jangan sampai bawang bertukar warna.

2. Kemudian masukkan cendawan butang yg dihiris nipis tadi dan kacau selama 2-3 minit. 3. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau sehingga sebati. 5. Masukkan stok ayam tadi – kacau sebati dan biarkan mendidih. 6. Selepas mendidih – ketepikan sup tadi dan biarkan sejuk seketika. 7. Dengan menggunakan “food processor” atau “blender” hancurkan (blend) sup tadi sehingga sebati. 8. Masukkan kembali sup tadi ke dalam periuk dan masukkan krim atau susu dan biarkan mendidih. 9. Selepas mendidih – matikan api dan hidangkan ketika panas. 10. Great price, but after only about 75-100 blends, the inner electrical connections have come undone. Very disappointing for a trusted brand. I bought it offline w/o reading reviews. After dealing with this thing, I figured out that it was designed by some aliens. Love it, multiple uses, no problems. However, the food processor part is plastic, and I just broke one of the latches that holds the lid on and allows the processor to work. ***DISCLAIMER!!: I did not buy this on Amazon!****I have had this exact model for almost 4 months now, using it nearly every day and so far it's been working great.
