After blending it on the smoothie setting I tried it and there were so many small pieces in the drink, it was not smooth at all! I put it back in the blender and blended it on high for a full 3 minutes with the same result. For this reason I returned it. I did more research watching many YouTube videos and saw that the suggestions for the best blender were BlendTec and Vitamix. I splurged for the Vitamix since they have a 18 month 0% payback plan. I could never be happier.
The smoothie quality is incomparable to anything else. No bits and pieces at all... smooth like juice. I would highly suggest the Vitamix. Get a certified reconditioned to save some money.
