No, the Ninja Ultima® blender is not made for use with hot liquids or ingredients. The speed setting that should be used varies depending on the function and recipe being made. Use the chart found in the front of the Inspiration Guide that came with your blender for a general overview of speed settings based on blender function. When using the Nutri Ninja™ cups, always run the blender on the single serve setting. The single serve setting is used when blending in the Nutri Ninja® cups.
