This especially came in handy for the holidays as I am able to use this to prepare a side dish and save an isle on my stove. I got this to use as a everything cooker to minimize splatter and mess in the kitchen. This not only does the job, it saves time, top quality internal non-stick and external high gloss finishes and easy clean-up. I stir-fry, bake, low boil/steam etc. I got a low onsale price--what a bargain.
Don't hesitate on this one. I just finished cooking my 3rd dish in the Curtis Stone Multicooker and all the dishes came out perfect! Looking forward to more delicious slow cooked comfort meals. Absolutely love this cooker! I bought one for me and an extra one for a gift but have decided to keep both for me for the busy holiday season coming up. I will order another one when they are on sale for a wedding gift in the future. Made the macaroni and cheese from the recipe booklet that came with the Multi-cooker and thought I had died and went to heaven. My mother who is on the fence with mac and cheese told me it was the best macaroni she had EVER tasted. My husband also gave rave reviews. I even made a pineapple upside down cake in it. Thought that would be the test on burning, set it on 300 to cook and it turned out fantastic too. No burning, no sticking. Hmmmm, I am thinking I need the blue one too. This cooker is excellent! love the way it browns meats and slow cooks all in one pot and clean up is a breeze!
multicooker is exactly that, have used all functions & all is great!Dame Diana, 74, who has played iconic roles including a Bond girl and a karate-kicking sidekick in 1960s TV show The Avengers, said it was “wonderful” to be starring in Game of Thrones. “I couldn’t ask for better lines,” she said on The Andrew Marr Show this morning. I could be sitting at home crumbling but I’m not.” On her Game of Thrones character Lady Olenna Redwyne - also known as the Queen of Thorns - Dame Diana said: “She says all the things that other people dare not say. “Also the costume is terrific. I don’t have to spend hours in make-up and I’m in a wimple, it’s great. I adore it, I absolutely adore it.” Dame Diana made her Game of Thrones debut earlier this month, with her character one of 27 main protagonists in the sprawling third season of the popular series, and she also recently played a villain in cult series Doctor Who. Commenting on how the obsession with celebrities has changed since she first started out as an actress, Dame Diana said she found the overwhelming amount of information people can access about stars “absolutely terrible”.
“I think I’m a mousepad,” she said. “I don’t want to be a mousepad but I’m a mousepad. I’m also a screen saver, thank you very much. Dame Diana rose to prominence playing spy Emma Peel in The Avengers, before going on to star in Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. TV stars were seen as being much more accessible than those on film back then, she said. “You became part of their lives and they part-owned you, so the whole emphasis was on familiarity, getting to know you. “In the old days, a star was someone up there, you know, Greta Garbo, but a telly star was somebody you could approach." On coping with fame back then, she said: “I didn’t know what to do with the fan mail. I had a little mini and I used to put it at the back of my mini and it grew and grew. “I didn’t have a secretary. In the end I asked my mother to do it for me. She used to read these letters from young men and would write back and say, ‘My daughter’s far too old for you, what you need is a good run round the block.
