It does great smoothies which is my main use After a year of use appeared strong smell of burn and smoke. Love it, just what I wanted. Glass is heavy but easily manageable and I am very weak. Stillgoing after 5 years good blender I am very happy with the blender. It's robust and stylish. I managed to pick this up via a warehouse deal for only £82! It was brand new as well so I am guessing someone messed up.
