Yes this is s great product I have been wanting one of these beater blades for my KitchenAid mixer for sometime now. This is the cheaper version (I suppose generic) of the KitchenAid brand blade. I purchased this for my daughter-in-law in March. In December, while she was prepping muffins, the blade cracked and a small piece disappeared into the batter. Four stars because it is plastic but it really does do the job it is intended for! I do not use it on heavy cookie dough recipes for fear of breaking it. it works like a charm! couldn't ask for more.This really did scrape the bowl while mixing and I never had to stop to do it myself.
