Delivered new in box as advertised. just what I needed 3 years and it's still working flawlessly. I have had this for nearly 2 years now and it's still working just as well as when I first purchased it. This is a great mixer. I didn't know how I'd like going old school with a hand mixer but I love it! I bought this to replace my old one (which still works), because I have always wanted the kitchen aid.
