I use it everyday with a lot of frizzed fruit and a little milk. This blender makes my smoothies nice and creamy without leaving behind chunks of fruit or ice.Very little use and mine came apart. The item started leaking from the bottom as many other reviewers indicated. Called Kitchen aid and surprisingly they didnt have any complaints about the issue. The blender is just ok. We make smoothies every day. It is advertised as starting slow so that it won't have that big splash in the beginning, but that is not true at all.Works perfectly, and I love that the blade comes out so I can clean it well. The only slight issue I've had is with the rubber ring that sits inside the blender around... Very disappointed with this blender. I can never tell when it has clicked together properly and if it hasn't, then it leaks everywhere when you turn it on. New parts for old blender. Very functional and cost effective.I did an extensive review before buying this blender. I wanted something powerful, with glass pitcher (not plastic), solid brand.

The design of the motor is questionable, as the blades spin into pitcher coupler sometimes shredding the rubber from the inside, after several months of use.
