kitchenaid kfp1333 artisan food processor - almond cream

When KitchenAid India sent me their food processor to try out, it was my first in the kitchen. I was expecting a bulky multi jar apparatus which probably took up the entire kitchen counter to keep, but out came a really sleek red processor which looked beautiful, and needed just enough corner space in the kitchen. I knew I wanted to make the most of this mean machine, and it all started with chopping a ton of onions. But then I started experimenting and realized the kind of stuff that this food processor could do! And it was a no brainer that I decided to make a list and share the wonders of the KitchenAid Food Processor with you! But bring in the food processor and this tedious chore is tackled in under 2 minutes. Just place the cream into the KitchenAid Food Processor, and it magically turns into butter in exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds.
This is definitely my favorite way to use the food processor. I know how much we Indians love our chutneys, so it’s a no-brainer that the next time you want to make chutney, don’t even bother with the mixie and just dump everything in the food processor. Slowly pour in water or liquid as required down the chute and you’ll have the most delicious, chunky chutney of your life. The only issue I faced while making chutney was the quantity. The KitchenAid Food Processor easily converts into a 14 cup or 7 cup as required, but I wish there was a 3 cup converter. Smaller quantities don’t work, so you’ll have to make a big batch if you are making chutney. This is the most obvious way to use your food processor but I couldn’t leave this one out.
