nice item, just as described, works great!! Has anybody used the dice attachment on sweet potato, if you have, what is you opinion. We are thinking of buying this attachment ( we have all the other attachments already).Purchased it for the dicing capability for vegetables with the dice is so tiny the vegetables get watery very quickly. Bought it for the wife as a gift. She's happy so I'm happy. Greatest addition I have purchased so far The dicer attachment on this unit is awesome. It makes light work of dicing potatoes and onions in perfectly symmetrical squares in, literally, seconds! What can I say. I am going to have fun playing with it This was a gift and he was exstatic when he opened the kitchenAid processor. It was the one he has been looking for. I just used this today.
