i just took it out of its box 24/01/2016 and it would not work. Rubbish.... and sending it back: it's a workout to lock it so that the blender will work... and almost impossible to then unlock it... no joke, it's horrible. I just hate this liquidiser I have been ten mins trying to get it to work, use a liquidiser all the time but this one has me beat! After returning the first rubish blender, i ordered for this Kenwood believing that as an old and trusted name nothing is going to go wrong.. how wrong i was! Very stiff to put on base and remove. Would be better if ledge to fit the goblet onto had a colour so could locate it easier. I was afraid to break it. very easy to use and clean made some wonderful soup no kitchen should be without Works great and I'm enjoying using it.
