The mixer is working fine so far so maybe it was just me. The part I needed Fit the mixer perfectly , hope it holds up 2nd one i had to change.Recommendation is replace all gears that are working together. New on old is good, but not the best!Works fine, but wish its designed to last longer.

I like that it is easy to clean, and does a good job of processing small quantity of food. I have a large food processor for larger jobs. Arrived early, excellent product @ great price.....exemplary customer service I like the way it works. The processing part is smaller than what I'm used to. However, it's been big enough for my needs this holiday season. It came in a perfect condition, and such a great prize! Great deal, awesome product!, doesn't blend 100% with seeds, and noisy but great! This was supposed to be a NEW Cuisinart Blender/Food Processor appliance. However, it was clearly an OPEN BOX item. I was very disappointed in the Cuisinart Smart power deluxe blender. It does not crush ice very well, and takes to long for any of the functions to work.
