This is a great occasional machine, but it's cheaply made & not not able to stand up to the rigorous demands of daily use... It's not durable at all, and I believe that's why they stopped manufacturing them & are replacing them under warranty with the SHRED EMULSIFIER... I was on my 3rd replacement, which was then replaced, under warranty, with the SHRED ... We bought the Health Master Elite instead of the Bullet because we thought it would do the job we needed. It's only been a year or so, using it a lot at first, as is what usually happens with new gadgets. It was working when i put it up in my pantry.
