I use my blender almost every morning to make smoothies that include some sort of greens (spinach, kale, etc.). so far so good, glass is a little heavy for me have to use 2 hands. This blender works very well. I haven't had a problem with the quality or consistency of the blend I wanted to love this, I really did. After having a GREAT Hamilton Beach blender for 16 years!!!!, I thought it was time for a change. It makes smoothies like a more expensive appliance and for 1/4 the price We have used this a few times and have no complaints. It's easy to clean and works great! I have had this blender for over 6 months and Im always so happy with my decision. I use it every day and I really appreciate how powerful and easy to clean it is. I bought this locally last year. Wanted the ability to crush ice. It does it very well. I use it for making smoothies with frozen strawberries. Does that very well. My family uses this to make protein shakes in the morning.

It lacked the entire bottom assembly - cutter, ring and screw cap.Thanks to Amazon customer reviews, I bought one Factory Services HA-010 Blender Cutter Assembly, one Bottom Base Screw Cap for Hamilton Beach Blender, and TWO of these o-ring seals. (One is used to provide a seal between the glass jar and the cutter assembly so there are no leaks; the second o-ring is used to raise the cutter assembly up a fraction of an inch inside the screw cap.)No leaks and creating a perfect fit: I can't ask for more than that from an o-ring.
