It lacked the entire bottom assembly - cutter, ring and screw cap.Thanks to Amazon customer reviews, I bought one Factory Services HA-010 Blender Cutter Assembly, one Bottom Base Screw Cap for Hamilton Beach Blender, and TWO of these o-ring seals. (One is used to provide a seal between the glass jar and the cutter assembly so there are no leaks; the second o-ring is used to raise the cutter assembly up a fraction of an inch inside the screw cap.)No leaks and creating a perfect fit: I can't ask for more than that from an o-ring.

This did not fit my blender which is 11 years old. And it was non-returnable. But I was able to trim the inside edge with an exacto blade to fit my blender.I'm very happy with my order.Does not work for me. What can I say...a gasket's a gasket. It fits as advertised. The size specified on the web site was 2.5 x 3.7 x .1 . But when it came it was not that size. It was smaller so it did not fit and could not be returned. Seems to have worked. My blender, which I've had for many years began leaking from the bottom.
