I can't believe how well this works! It makes awesome smoothies! Doesn't do ice well. Clamp system is major weakness. You really have to crank down the clamp to keep the unit from 'walking' and loosening up. Used it first time to make smoothie. Second time gears must have striped or something came undone inside. Can barely turn handle and is super load when you can.
