Scrambled eggs are supper fluffy. Motor stays plugged in so always ready. Would by it again if ever needed. Nice item, but I haven't used it for it's intended purpose, which is to take with me to restaurants, etc.not very powerful for thick stuff. but small softer blending and breaking its ok. My sweet and thoughtful husband gave this behemoth to me as a Christmas gift a few years ago. I cook almost exclusively from scratch and am a fiend for lovely gadgetry that makes... After about a month, this thing is excruciatingly weak even when the battery is fully charged. And I wasn't even using it for anything that hard, usually just to blend my smoothie... Haven't tried it yet - but looks okay Battery runs out very quickly Short and low power operation prompted factory replacement. The new blender works just as poorly. Nice Blender, but Short-Lived This was my second Cuisinart cordless, but I was very disappointed that the rechargeable battery had a shorter life-span than my first one (18 months). These "disposable" blenders will recharge OK for about a year, and then they will no longer take a charge. I eventually bought a corded model -- yes, the cord is annoying, but at least I can count on the thing working when I need it! a bit too heavy and complex for everyday use--but well constructed I've been wanting a stick blender for a long time but needed a cordless one. This blender is a great deal! The added attachments are great, especially the mini-food processor. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make soups that need a trip through the blender.
