The model you actually get is csb 75 with cup and no attachments. There is no remedy for fixing the issue as I've since read numerous reviews with the same issue. Your only recourse is to refund and buy the right model elsewhere. Also, the 75 model is difficult to use. You have to hold the lock button down on top of mixer then switch on and hold the button the entire time using. It was a tricky and outdated technology, surprisingly. Used it for Christmas on two cakes and I quit and went the old fashioned way of mixing by hand. Taking it back as soon as I go home after the holidays.
