Will get plenty of use in the future. I have used a manual type ice cream maker in the past and this one is so much easier and more convenient. Simple to operate and easy to clean. I have tried several recipes from fresh strawberry to Tiramisu and they all turned out great. I will never go back to store bought ice cream. I recommend getting a good recipe book like The Perfect Scoop and enjoy! Works exactly as discribed. Its very simple to operate and sufficient quantity for company. Most recipes finish with the consistancy of soft ice cream or a Wendy's Frosty and a couple hours in the freezer makes it hard scoop ice cream. If you can stop everyone eating it as soon as the machine stops. Great vanilla, outstanding chocolate chip, and the best strawberry I've ever eaten. Really easy to use, and Fast too.
