Takes the hard work out of make pizza dough. On the custom function the keep warm function can not be turned off. The custom recipes are not flexible enough for doing sour dough bread mixes - cannot do long long rise times.
It also comes with a 2 year warranty, so if you are looking to purchase another bread maker, we hope you will give it a go!

ll of breville's products are very well made. So I have only used this once so far, but my first loaf was amazing!!!! I used the delay start feature and I woke up to the amazing smell of freshly baked bread. Since bread making is a very inexact science, I can only really post my experiences and cannot speak for other ingredients, recipes etc other than what I have used. Awesome bread maker, ordered while deployed, made 100's of loaves of bread during the year I was there. Great product and still use it to this day. I typically love Breville products so I invested in this bread machine. I like the idea of the collapsible paddle. I've had the machine for 3 weeks and have experimented with several recipes. The paddle doesn't collapse as it is advertised. The fruit dispenser does only an OK job. owever bread browns much darker on side and bottom crustthan on the top Absolutely love it, I waited a few months to write a review but after many use for it for a few different recipes I must say that I am impressed.
