The reason some of them are no longer available to buy, is because we discontinued them, to allow us to launch a whole new line of blenders. You can still find some of these discontinued blenders at some retailers and on Amazon. They work great and still come with an 8-year warranty (if it's new). but it says it has a 7-year warranty instead of 8. Do I get a lesser warranty when purchasing from Amazon? The warranty on the Signature Series was 7 years, but our warranty has recently changed to an 8-year warranty and is retroactive.

Also is the Signature better than the classic The Signature Series blenders available at Marshall's are not refurbished units. It's a past season item that we no longer carry in our lineup. I am really happy to having Blendtec Desinger Wildside (Red), I have been use few times only (aroud 15 times), it was my Chirstmas persent on 2014, at this morning, my blendtec cannot work and the screen show "E-03", I just got new and I am live Japan. E-03 is a temperature error. What is the preset programmed button I should use for crushed ice as the Signature does not have that feature? The classic has that feature, so I don't know what program to use. I would prefer to use a program as opposed to pushing a set speed button.
