I called blendtec and they were great!!! Since it was a discontinued model they replaced it with a newer version. We have had our Blendtec for maybe 3 weeks, and we've already used it over 70 times. It makes great whole juices, pesto, soups, and even dough. LIKE IT VERY MUCH For four months of being used for twice daily smoothies the blender worked well. Then it died, no power.
