I got this model from Costco.ca... It's advertised as having 16 custom blending speeds. How is it 16? There are 6 presets (mixer, ice crush, smoothie, ice cream, whole juice and soup) and the manual slider has 8 speeds. Seems thats 14, no? It does not have 16 speeds. It has 6 preprogrammed cycles and 8 manual speeds. We are working to get this fixed on the site.
