Motor kicks like a donkey. The touchscreen, while very attractive and simple to use, is poorly engineered. It does not properly handle input errors and exhibits very strange behavior (at best) or sometimes... I did all kinds of research on Vitamix vs Blendtec.All I could really gather was that Vitamix has some loyal (vocal) followers, and the only real fundamental... Well - where do I begin with this awful product. Please keep your money. I NEVER write reviews but I have had such an awful experience with this product and their customer...
